• Defined and managed swap out activities of Ericsson’s base stations and MSC with Siemens equipments and launched Banglalink network in less then three months.

• Analyzed customer requirements and handled large team in completion of the turn key phase that included rollout of 400+ base stations, 700+ MW links, 1 switch and an IN system on time and under budget.

• Successfully managed upgrading of charging system (C@Once Select 1.5) on 12 IN Platforms. The project involved developing and integrating existing in house plus 3rd party features on the new pre paid platform.

• Implemented very complex MSISDN Digit Insertion project, which involved many network elements like HLR, VLR, MSC. Developed a project specific migration tool to migrate all the necessary data into new digit account within a predefined timeline imposed by Government.

• Completed installation, commissioning and integration of 8 IN Server (Fujitsu Siemens Corporation PW1500 and SUNFIRE 6900) and voucher management system (VoMS) within cost efficient project budget.

• Planed, executed and controlled SRT 1F SDH backbone rollout of 28 hops and deployment of 54 HiT 7070.

• Ensured successful installations and commissioning of 3 MSC and several HLR projects (i.e. HLRc, One HLR, NT HLR) which involved implementation of WAN network through CISCO, PGW, Mediation server, @COM for alarm monitoring and Backup and Re store.

• Performed Multi Vendor Integration (MVI) in different projects with HUAWEI, Comptel and Comviva for several network elements, protocols and interfaces (i.e. HSL, SIGTRAN, STP, SGSN, IPD and IN).
